From
New York City by Car
-take West Side Drive North to Henry Hudson
Parkway North
-take Henry Hudson Parkway North to Saw Mill
River Parkway North
-follow for about 20 minutes to exit for
Taconic State Parkway (You will be going North but there is no choice)
-take the 2nd exit onto 9A 100 (it only goes
north)
-stay on 9A which later becomes 9 for about 15
miles;
-at the bottom of the hill after Peekskill go
straight as the road turns into the Bear Mountain Parkway;
-follow this to the Division Street (or North
Division Street—there is only 1 exit) exit;
-go left at the end of the ramp
-go a mile or so until you come to a flashing
light—go right at this light onto Locust
-the school is immediately on your right—we
rent the basement of the church hall—there is a sign for Longview School both
at the entrance to the parking lot and on the building by the entrance
From
the North (over Bear Mountain Bridge)
-take 87 South to 6 East following signs for
the Bear Mountain Bridge
-go over bridge
-at end of bridge, go right
-follow mountain road about 10 minutes
-enter traffic circle
-take 1st exit from the circle (9
South/Peekskill);
-at the light go left onto the Bear Mountain
Parkway
-follow this to the Division Street (or North
Division Street—there is only 1 exit) exit;
-go left at the end of the ramp
-go a mile or so until you come to a flashing
light—go right at this light onto Locust
-the school is immediately on your right—we
rent the basement of the church hall—there is a sign for Longview School both
at the entrance to the parking lot and on the building by the entrance
From
the North (from Route 9)
-follow 9 South for about 25 minutes from
Fishkill to a traffic circle (you will see a restaurant called The Reef on the
right as you enter the circle)
-take 2nd exit from the circle (9
South/Peekskill);
-at the light go left onto the Bear Mountain
Parkway
-follow this to the Division Street (or North
Division Street—there is only 1 exit) exit;
-go left at the end of the ramp
-go a mile or so until you come to a flashing
